Day Routine

Step 1 - Glow Bar

Damp your hands with warm water.
Gently massage on to your skin for 30 seconds.

Step 2 - Face vitamin

Before applying make sure face is completely dry, then apply 1 or 2 DROPS of Face vitamin over entire face

Step 3 - Rejuv cream

Apply a small amount of the Rejuv day cream to face, neck & ears each morning.

Night Routine

Step 1 -Glow Bar

Damp your hands with warm water.
Gently massage on to your skin for 30 seconds. Take a wet soft cloth and remove the soap using circular motion until all soap residue is removed.

Step 2 - Face vitamin

Before applying make sure face is completely dry, then apply 1 or 2 DROPS of Face vitamin over entire face

Step 3 Night Cream

Apply a small amount of the Night cream to face, neck & ears each night
